Overview

IIAPS provides and/or recommends consulting, mentoring and software support services to bring about desired improvements in performance.

Consulting services are provided either by IIAPS staff, or by the development of a joint solution with our consulting and software solutions partners. IIAPS staff and members of the IIAPS academic and industry advisory board are also available to act as mentors to IIAPS members who require this service.

IIAPS uses the Sourcematix® web-based tool as the simulation environment for the International Green, Red & Black Belt qualifications. This tool can also be used by any organisation to create a professional web-based approach for category management and strategic sourcing. The tool provides an on-line structure for managing all of the pre-contractual and post-contractual activities and tasks in the purchasing and supply chain management process.
