Corporate Accreditation
To assist organisations with an understanding of their current competence levels, and also to provide them with guidance on how to achieve improvements towards the achievement of world-class standards, IIAPS provides a corporate accreditation service. The service can be used to analyse and benchmark current organisational process and system, as well as individual competence levels.
Organisational Competence Assessment
The corporate accreditation service uses the web-based PSCM Index™ tool to provide an organisation with comprehensive benchmarks of all of the major organisational activities and tasks within the strategic sourcing process. These combined scores place the organisation within 1 of 6 categories of organisation process and system competence:

Each organisation is also provided with a comprehensive report outlining the necessary organisational improvement migration path, from their current competence level to a more desirable future position.
Individual Competence Assessment
IIAPS also provides a rigorous individual competence assessment service that uses the web-based ICA Index™ tool to assess the current competence of individuals within the organisation against world-class standards, and role profiles. The combined scores are collated on-line to provide an overall training needs assessment for each individual and for the organisation as a whole.
Organisations can, therefore, use the corporate accreditation service to benchmark and improve their organisational, or their individual, competencies, or both.
